A practical policy for a human-reviewed service.
This policy is designed for a validation-stage, owner-reviewed professional service.
Before work begins
If a paid service cannot be accepted because the request is outside scope or materials cannot be sanitized sufficiently, the customer will be contacted to discuss an appropriate resolution before fulfillment begins.
Revision scope
The Mission-Ready Application Package includes one consolidated revision request submitted within seven calendar days of delivery. Revisions must remain within the original agreed scope. The Role-Fit Review is a strategic analysis and does not include unlimited revisions.
No outcome-based refunds
Because hiring decisions are outside our control, refunds are not based on interview, employment, compensation, clearance, sponsorship, or OCONUS outcomes.
